We are seeking an aspiring, technically competent property professional to join our Investment Services team to analyse, market and negotiate the sale of properties across the market. This key role is actively involved in the campaign life-cycle, researching the property investment market and providing market intelligence to support the compilation of submissions and production of information memorandums.
The scope of the role will include:
- Research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence, particularly in the area of divestments and acquisitions that leads to the identification and securing of opportunities, across the investment asset class
- Preparing client progress reports on campaigns and attending client meetings.
- Creating, developing and working with Investment Services systems, to ensure superior level of property sales expertise.
- Preparing marketing submissions, ensuring brand compliance.
- Meeting individual budgeted revenue on a monthly basis.
- Developing and implementing sales campaigns for both managed properties and new developments.
- Actively pursuing new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers International.
Demonstrated experience in all of the following fields are essential:
- Tertiary qualifications in property, business or related discipline.
- Current QLD Real Estate Licence.
- Understanding of local property market and current trends.
- Ability to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external clients, involving good decision making and problem solving skills.
- Helping identify potential clients and properties to sell.
- Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers
- Attend client meetings.
