We’re looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our nationally recognised Capital Markets team based in our Auckland CBD office. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love bringing ideas to life, and enjoy being the go‑to person that keeps everything moving, this is the perfect next step for you.
You’ll work closely with a team of industry‑leading brokers, each bringing extensive experience across New Zealand and the Asia‑Pacific region. You’ll help create high‑impact marketing campaigns, proposals, and investment memorandums that truly stand out in the market. No two days will be the same, from designing campaign materials and coordinating events to managing essential team operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and producing high‑quality proposals, investment memorandums and marketing collateral
- Coordinating end‑to‑end property marketing campaigns
(signage, photography, advertising, websites, email marketing, mailouts) - Managing broker scheduling, meetings, travel, and general team organisation
- Preparing presentations, correspondence, reports and monthly management updates
- Maintaining databases, filing systems and confidential documents
- Providing proactive support to meetings including minutes and follow‑up actions
- Championing professionalism, accuracy and creative flair in every task
The value you’ll add
- Strong experience in a marketing, coordination or team support role
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop preferred)
- A creative eye for layout and design
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and stay one step ahead
- A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine team‑player approach
- Experience with Campaign Track or Salesforce is a bonus
- Property industry understanding or qualifications are advantageous
