Job Description
You are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude. You’re fluent in English and confident working in a dynamic, international team. You have a background in business or finance, and a genuine interest in the real estate sector. You're efficient in managing operational tasks and eager to gain experience in leasing and capital markets within the retail property landscape.
Your Activities
- Supporting operational tasks across active mandates (docs preparation, etc.)
- Supporting in preparation of presentation materials for investors and clients, including market research, business plans, and financial reporting
- Helping monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Providing occasional support during site visits or meetings with clients and stakeholders in the presence of more senior colleagues
Qualifications
- Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred)
- Knowledge of Real Estate business
- Native-level fluency in English (mandatory); Italian and French are preferred, but not mandatory
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Package especially with Excel and Power Point
- Has a strong work ethic
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
