He/She is an organized and proactive individual, with a propensity for team working, strong analytical skills, knowledge of Excel and financial analysis, and an interest in finance and real estate. He/She has strong interpersonal and communication skills, is empathetic, well-presented, and capable of building positive professional relationships.

Your Activities

• Support in the analysis and underwriting of real estate transactions in the Living sector (including residential), with a focus on financial, commercial, and market aspects.
• Analysis of real estate opportunities on the buy or sell side for institutional clients, including the preparation of teasers, info memoranda, and DCF models.
• Business plan analysis and financial modelling to support investment decisions.
• Preparation of presentation materials for investors and clients, including market research, business plans, and financial reporting.
• Monitoring and reporting of ongoing mandates.
• Support in client interactions (fronting), in the presence of more senior colleagues.
