Colliers Residential Project Marketing is the leader in the marketing and selling of new build residential projects in New Zealand and we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our team. The project portfolio ranges from first home-buyer stock to premium city-fringe apartments.
This role is to join our premium city-fringe projects team, selling two off-the-plan projects from the exquisite Parnell show suites. Both projects are under construction and due for completion in 2026. Beyond these, Colliers has a strong forward programme of similar projects which will flow on, and the right person will have the opportunity to roll into.
As a Residential Project Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling residential apartment and terrace projects, either off-the-plan from a marketing show suite, or within newly completed complexes, on behalf of our developer clients. You will work closely with our clients and the wider team to sell residential new builds and deliver exceptional results. Listing and prospect generation are taken care of, you will receive leads directly to you. It is your responsibility to work with your prospects to introduce them to the sales journey by booking an appointment at the show suite, and delivering an exceptional sales experience.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- REA Salespersons License
- Solution focused with excellent communication skills
- A passion for the property market and a drive to achieve sales targets
- Ability to travel and flexibility of hours, including weekends
- A proven track record of residential sales is desirable
Key to your success will be your focus, commitment and ability to sell your project effectively from initial enquiry through to contract and ultimately successful settlement.
