Working on the largest and most exciting opportunities in the Real Estate market, this role takes ownership of the end-to-end proposal development process - ensuring high-quality, creative, and client-focused submissions. This is a key role in the Business Development Centre in Australia, a specialised team that provides strategic direction and execution of new business pursuits. The role reports to the National Director, Marketing & Communications for Australia and works in collaboration with a dedicated graphic design role.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage the full proposal process, from planning and scheduling through to content creation and submission.
- Analyse requirements and ensure proposals meet all specifications, compliance needs, and deadlines.
- Coordinate contributions from service line teams.
- Work with team graphic designer to create compelling visuals of content and messaging.
- Draft content aligned to win themes and proposal strategy.
- Help facilitate kick-off meetings, storyboarding, and reviews.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, uplifting our approach to pitching processes.
- Work with teams on presentation content and delivery.
The successful candidate will have
- 5 + years of business development/tender/bid/submission experience within commercial real estate services or another related professional services sector.
- Superior language skills with strong written, verbal, proofreading and editing abilities.
- Ability to strategically approach processes, methodologies, and projects.
- Exceptional project management skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
- A friendly, professional disposition with the ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
