Are you looking to start or advance your career in Commercial Property Management? We’re seeking a Commercial Property Officer to join our dynamic team.
Whether you have experience in the industry or are eager to break into the field, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and develop your skills.
You'll work with a supportive and experienced team, gaining hands-on experience in managing a diverse property portfolio, building relationships with owners and tenants to ensure our buildings run efficiently.

The role will report to our Senior Commercial Property Manager and will:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial properties.
- Be the first point of contact for our commercial tenants
- Organise repairs and maintenance for our portfolio
- Administer leases and compliance
- Maintain and update our property management systems
About you:
- Passionate about starting or growing a career in Commercial Property Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with people at all levels
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a genuine drive to succeed
- Prior experience in real estate or property management is preferred
To excel in this position, you will ideally have:
- Current real estate license or certificate of registration
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with real estate software is an advantage – specifically console gateway
