We have a great opportunity for a Property Manager to join the Occupier Services team based in our waterfront Wellington CBD premises.
Our Occupier Services Division is made up of over 50 property professionals and provides strategic and operational support to some of New Zealand’s most recognisable brands, leading commercial organisations and government agencies.
We are looking for a motivated professional to assist the team to deliver property and facilities management services across a well-established residential portfolio.
The value you'll add
- Provide best practice property and facilities management services to clients
- Support the strategic direction of client property lease and portfolio management programmes and standards
- Collaborate to produce monthly client reports
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients and other stakeholders
- Undertake property inspections across the portfolio
- Support the team to ensure success

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- The ability to travel nationwide and a current clean full driver’s licence
- Proficient with systems and database management
- Financial literacy
