Job Description

Based in the North Sydney office, you will focus on the proactive management of key corporate property portfolios across Australia, overseeing lease administration, financial management, reporting, and transactions, along with overall client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal liaison between clients and Colliers, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Oversee lease administration performance, including rent roll data management and AP/AR reconciliations.
  • Validate invoices for rent and outgoings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct monthly CPI and fixed percentage rent reviews.
  • Manage critical lease dates, lease renewals, and option renewals, including liaising with solicitors.
  • Negotiate rent reviews, lease surrenders, and make-good obligations.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency across systems.
  • Prepare detailed portfolio management reports for clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve lease administration processes and compliance measures.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Identify and refer potential business opportunities within Colliers.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate real estate or property management.
  • Strong financial and lease administration knowledge.
  • Expertise in leasing practices, legislation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in lease management systems (MRI preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • NSW Real Estate Certificate & relevant tertiary qualification.
