We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our high-performing team, based in our Geelong CBD office.
You will work alongside the most successful and experienced operators in the region to maximise your income, build market share and become a dominant player in this space.
You will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of Industrial, Retail and Office properties.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage, maintain, and grow our commercial property portfolio.
- Provide optimum customer service to our clients.
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards in dealing with all stakeholders.
- Implementing and maintaining orderly lease administration, financial management procedures and overall reporting, including monitoring of all statutory charges and providing the client with recommendations as necessary.
- Conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals
- Routine property inspections and coordinating building maintenance when required.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry (A bonus if you’ve worked in the Commercial sector)
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice)
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively and resolve disputes, if necessary.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience using CRM (Client Relationship Management) software.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and solve complex problems.
