Job Description

We are looking for an experienced administration professional looking to take the next step in their career and join our Asia Pacific team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in executing regional people programs and initiatives that make a real difference, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

Some of your key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead Regional rollout of the annual Employee Engagement Survey including the development of engagement programs to enhance overall employee experience across Asia Pacific.
  • In partnership with the Regional Director, People & Performance, Asia Pacific, execute the Asia Pacific annual Professional Development and Succession Planning process.
  • Develop and execute regional people programs across Asia Pacific
  • Ensure timely and accurate metrics are gathered and produced to proactively diagnose and address people and operational related trends, while assessing the competitiveness of people programs.
  • In partnership with the Global team and external vendors, manage regional involvement with global contracts, ensuring seamless operations and providing strategic direction based on regional priorities and feedback.
  • Continuously identify and implement new processes, technologies, and workflows that add value to the business.
  • Partnering with the APAC ESG Taskforce lead, promote and guide social impact strategies.
  • Support Regional Director with preparation for Executive presentations, information collation & analysis.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant preferred. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client orientated approach
  • Strong understanding of technology resources and platforms to enhance productivity and successful outcomes.
  • Invests in relationships to deliver enduring value with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunity and proposed solutions.
