We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the onsite team at an upmarket mall in Christchurch.

We are looking for an experienced professional to implement a comprehensive strategic marketing plan to assist in delivering value to the retail businesses that call the centre home and assisting in the overall growth of the asset.

This role is 25 hours per week, with exact days and times to be agreed with the successful candidate.

The value you’ll add

  • Successfully develop & implement a strategic marketing plan
  • Build a positive brand profile for the Centre
  • Build positive relationships with tenants, the community, key community media and stakeholders
  • Actively monitor and keep abreast of centre and industry changes 
  • Prepare and contribute to reporting and budgeting
  • Manage customer service experience and function

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ successful experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail
  • Experience in delivering a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Proficient with WordPress or similar web-based CMS
  • Proficient in E-Direct marketing, Google Analytics, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
