Job Description
We're lseekinh a Marketing Manager to lead our Queensland marketing function and play a key role in elevating our brand nationally. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on ownership, enjoys building relationships and loves turning ideas into impactful campaigns.
Specifically:
- Develop and deliver Queensland's strategic marketing plan, supporting business growth, brand awareness and talent attraction.
- Partner with State, Sector and Discipline Leaders to identify opportunities and develop initiatives that support strategic growth objectives.
- Plan and deliver client engagement activities, including events, thought leadership programs, sponsorships, conferences and boardroom lunches.
- Develop compelling content that showcases our projects, technical expertise, multidisciplinary capabilities and people.
- Drive internal communication initiatives that strengthen awareness of the Engineering & Design business across the broader Colliers network.
- Coordinate high-quality capability statements, client presentations, submissions and award entries.
- Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continually refine and improve marketing outcomes.
- Champion innovation and continuously identify new opportunities to elevate the brand and drive engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role.
- Strong campaign planning and execution capabilities across multiple channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, engineering, architecture, property or a related industry will be highly regarded.
