We have a great opportunity for an experienced digital marketing specialist to join our Marketing and Communications team and lead our Data and Digital workstream.

Based in our award-winning waterfront Auckland CBD premises, we are looking for a motivated professional to develop and execute the Data and Digital marketing plan and contribute to the overall strategic marketing plan.

This role would suit someone looking to step into a leadership role or build their leadership capability and contribute to our collaborative and inclusive culture. 

The value you’ll add

  • Enhance the SEO and SEM performance of the website and property campaigns
  • Provide operational expertise in using CRM and CMS platforms
  • Design and head the implementation of vendor-funded property marketing campaigns
  • Be an expert in using digital marketing in business
  • Implement and execute marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to your team members
  • Measure, report, iterate, and improve on marketing activities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' digital marketing experience
  • Sound understanding of using CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • A digital toolset that might include some or all of marketing automation, content management systems, CRM, Google Analytics and social media
  • Understanding of property industry and key industry contacts would be an advantage but not essential
