As a Marketing Executive, you will collaborate closely with department heads and senior managers to design and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Your efforts will focus on enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting sales and leasing teams through targeted marketing initiatives, strategic planning, campaign management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will provide communication support to the wider business both in London and regionally and assist with wider marketing initiatives. The role requires excellent people skills to develop relationships across the business and build a deep understanding of business needs, excellent attention to detail, and strong events project management skills. Colliers is a fast-paced business, so the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple competing demands is key.
Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns, from conceptualisation and budgeting to execution and performance analysis. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives, to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Content Development: Produce a variety of content, including brochures, presentations, social media posts, email newsletters, capability statements, SEO-optimised blogs and videos (both filmed and animated)
Digital Marketing: Manage digital channels such as PPC, SEO, and social media advertising to drive lead generation and enhance online visibility and engagement.
Event Coordination: Organise and execute client events, webinars, and sponsorships to enhance brand presence and client relationships.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively build and maintain relationships with internal teams, media outlets, and external partners to support marketing objectives.
CRM and Database Management: Utilise CRM systems to segment audiences, track interactions, and optimise marketing efforts.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand customer behaviour, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
The desired candidate should be:
Self–motivated and organised with excellent project management and administrative skills.
Able to manage external suppliers, brief designers, and collaborate with wider Marcomms teams.
Experienced in delegating and managing others for optimal productivity and to ensure all events are executed to the highest standards.
Able to build excellent stakeholder relationships with all levels of seniority and always ensure open lines of communication. Also be able to report directly to CEO and other senior leaders in a concise and professional manner, paying particular attention to detail including presentation style and formatting. Comfortable handling pressure and multi-tasking.
Comfortable producing detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets).
Accountable for all pre-event planning, organising guest speakers, delegate packs and to conduct event briefing for speakers, staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Energetic, courteous, a team player with a clear understanding of the value of events for brand activation and client engagement.
Flexible with regard to working patterns as needed for client events on occasion (early mornings, evenings) and travel and overnights when required.
Must have experience using: Salesforce, or similar CRM system, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Social media platforms and Email marketing platforms – Marketo (or equivalent). Experience creating grahic and videos in Canva would also be ideal.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and communications ideally in a professional services or B2B business
Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience in content creation and campaign management.
