Working closely with the Agency team, this role is integral to enhancing the productivity of the Newcastle business by creating best practice marketing documents. A core focus of this position is to produce high quality marketing mediums whilst obtaining a full understanding of Branding Guidelines to amplify our brand and to accelerate the success of our clients.
Key to the success of this position is collaboration and teamwork within the Agency and Administration teams, but also with the wider Newcastle product line teams, to produce best practice marketing collateral and adopting new ideas to position our business as leaders in our market region.
Some of the Key Responsibilities of this role are:
- Preparation and lodgement of all marketing campaign materials including liaising with external suppliers
- Actively seeking and maintaining the best marketing solutions by keeping up to date with market conditions, costings and implementation of all marketing materials that suits best for each external and internal client
- Develop strong relationships with external suppliers, agents and clients to ensure best delivery of Colliers marketing materials
- Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner for all promotion materials required
- Market the five core business initiatives to drive brand awareness, and position the team as experts through market leading reports and capability documents
- Ensuring that all marketing materials are brand compliant to uphold the integrity of the business
- As a member of the Colliers Marketing team, you will develop strong relationships with other product line marketers and colleagues to share best practice.
- Understand and maintain the Colliers International Visual Identity guidelines, policies and approval protocols and apply these to all projects.
Core Competencies and Role Requirements include:
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Indesign and Photoshop
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels, with particular attention to spelling and grammar an essential element of this role
- A strong numeral aptitude
- Ability to manage and work as part of a team and manage complex projects simultaneously, while also effectively managing stakeholder expectations
- Being proactive, motivated and accommodating
- The ability to prioritise work to strict deadlines
- Experience within the Real Estate Industry is desirable
