Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys process-driven and detail-focused work to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience supporting marketing operations and property campaigns, working with internal stakeholders, and building a strong marketing foundation. The role involves periods of increased pace with competing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Proofread and review marketing materials (ads, emails, collateral)
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance and promote best practice marketing
  • Manage multiple requests from brokers and internal teams
  • Assist with reporting, invoicing, and campaign administration
  • Maintain templates, documents, and processes

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar. Equivalent experience may also qualify
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to build professional relationships
  • Reliable, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Aligns with our team’s collaborative approach, including accuracy, process discipline, and a calm, professional approach to delivering high-quality work
  • Exposure to marketing, administration, or related platforms (e.g. Excel, Salesforce, Copilot) is beneficial
