Job Description

Are you a versatile creative force who loves bringing a brand's story to life across a vast and dynamic region?

Colliers is looking for a talented and ambitious Creative Designer to join our APAC Marketing & Communications team. This is a unique opportunity to elevate the Colliers brand voice across the Asia-Pacific market. You will be instrumental in producing a wide range of creative content, from our most prestigious flagship reports to engaging digital and video assets.

Collaborating closely with the APAC Creative Director and Senior Creative Manager, you will be a key player in shaping our visual identity and ensuring creative excellence in everything we do.

What You'll Do:

  • Design Flagship Content: Take the lead on designing and producing our most important flagship reports, high-level presentations, and data-rich insights publications.
  • Develop Best-in-Class Templates: Create and maintain a suite of design templates for the region to utilise. This will cover everything from reports and presentations to pitch submissions and social media assets, ensuring our designs are always best-in-class while empowering Colliers experts with the best materials available.
  • Craft Digital Experiences: Create compelling assets for our social media channels and websites, ensuring a cohesive and engaging online presence.
  • Bring Motion to Life: Drive video post-production and create sophisticated animations that tell powerful stories and capture attention.
  • Collaborate with a High-Performing Team: Work directly with a highly-skilled and motivated team to develop and execute high-impact campaigns and projects.
  • Provide Creative Support: Act as a go-to creative resource for ad-hoc marketing projects and initiatives as they arise.

What You'll Bring:

  • Your Portfolio: Demonstrating a minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a creative agency or a large, multinational corporate environment.
  • Your Expert Toolkit:
    • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is essential.
    • Strong skills in video and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) are required for this role.
    • Expert-level PowerPoint skills to create polished, high-level presentations.
    • Knowledge of online creative platforms such as Canva and Figma is highly commendable.
    • Knowledge of AI platforms is a strong advantage.

    • You have exceptional organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at once while hitting deadlines.
    • You are a flexible, resourceful, and proactive problem-solver who can produce outstanding results with minimal guidance.
    • You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency.
