岗位职责：

• 协助完成产业园区的项目招商工作；
• 负责产业园区的项目现场招商管理工作，开展客户接待及商务谈判；
• 主动拓展企业选址相关需求，开拓招商渠道；
• 开拓及维护客户关系；
• 完成上级交代的其他任务。

岗位要求：

• 至少5年以上相关工作经验，优先考虑具有产业园区招商或销售经验的候选人；
• 熟悉上海房地产市场，有敏锐的市场洞察力；
• 具备较为优秀的逻辑思维、交流沟通，和组织协调能力；
• 积极的工作态度，诚实稳重有责任心。
