Colliers Urban Planning are looking for a Junior Planner to join our Melbourne office in a part-time position, suitable for current students.

This is your entry point into the Consultancy Career Stream—where your curiosity, drive, and collaborative spirit will help you grow into a trusted advisor. You’ll contribute to projects across Economics, Planning, Social Strategy, Engagement, Urban Design, and Project Advisory & Management, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of urban development.

What You’ll Do

• Support project delivery through research, analysis, documentation, and lodgements.
• Collaborate with planners, designers, economists, and engagement specialists.
• Apply your learning to real-world challenges and contribute to meaningful outcomes
• Lead with intention, stay curious, lift those around you, prioritise wellbeing, and collaborate with conviction to deliver impactful outcomes.
