Junior Leasing Executive

This role is ideal for a people person who is a Property Graduate, or someone with 1-2 years previous experience working within a leasing or property management role. 

Join our Occupier Services team as a Junior Leasing Executive and deliver unrivalled leasing services to our client, a large Telco with a national footprint. You will be involved in negotiating the lease of mobile phone towers across metro and regional Australia.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Delivery of leasing services to clients as per client contract.
• Successful lease renewals and reduced rental negotiations.
• Ongoing client relationship management.
• Increasing the average tenure term across the portfolios.
• Increasing the security and utility of tenure.
• Achieve significant operational savings for our client by negotiating longer lease duration's

The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:-

• A degree in Property Economics or relevant experience. 
• Property management experience; retail, commercial and industrial is advantageous. 
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clients.
