Job Description
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a recent graduate or current university student to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team at our Parramatta Square office. This casual position provides flexible hours and days, making it an ideal fit for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Some of your key tasks are outlined below:
• Dealing with internal and external queries on all revenue related matters.
• Actively work with the team and wider business to collaborate on Accounts Receivable core functions including understanding of cash allocations and timely clearance of unmatched/unallocated receipts.
• Ensure refunds and ad hoc transactions are processed in a timely manner and accurate manner in the system.
• Monitoring of conjunction fees and ensuring external agencies are paid when due.
• Revenue recognition compliance adherence for large deals and audit sample testing on regular basis including Deal documentations review.
Qualifications
The skills and attributes that are needed for this role may include:
· Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance.
· Some experience in an Accounts Receivable role is desirable.
· Experience using Sunsystem is highly desirable.
· Advanced computer software skills, particularly in Excel.
· Attention to detail for processing accuracy.
