Is Residential Architecture & Interior Design your passion? Are you methodical, analytical and able to support the development and monitoring of high-standard residential projects.
You are an Architecture graduate with a strong background in interior design. You are precise, responsible and organized, with a natural inclination for method and critical thinking. You have a high sensitivity in handling client relationships, combined with mediation and interpersonal skills that allow you to work effectively in team settings. You are comfortable managing documentation, monitoring processes, and contributing proactively to the execution of residential real estate projects.
Familiarity with the Office package and excellent command of AutoCAD 2D are essential.
As the Architectural & Interior Design Assistant, you will be in charge of:
- Supporting the architectural team in the management and monitoring of residential projects
- Collaborating on the coordination and control of finishings and variant requests (capitolato)
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation to ensure on-time and accurate delivery
- Interfacing with clients and consultants with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and mediation
- Analysing and critically reviewing layouts, finishes, and technical proposals
- Ensuring consistency with project vision and alignment with business and design objectives
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D
- Familiarity with Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Native Italian speaker: English proficiency is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Client-oriented mindset with sensitivity and adaptability
- Teamwork attitude and proactive spirit
- Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Ability to support technical and design documentation management throughout the project lifecycle
