- Lead the pre-sales phase with compelling design stories that captivate clients and guide the pitch process.
- Craft bespoke conceptual strategies that reflect and amplify each client’s unique identity.
- Oversee design execution to ensure alignment with our standards while continuously seeking ways to innovate and evolve.
- Champion cutting-edge design concepts and stay ahead of emerging trends.
- Support leadership by identifying spatial needs, trends, and opportunities — and recommending smart, forward-thinking solutions.
Qualifications

- Fluent in English and/or French and/or Dutch
- Degree in Interior Design or a related field

- Proficient in design software tools
- A true team player with a collaborative spirit
