Looking for Head Planning role , Project Management professional from Real Estate industry and should have 20 + years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Budgets, Control, Contract Administration.

Responsible for providing detailed plans and schedule for execution of projects, formulating methodology of work.

Responsible for monitoring project progress from conceptual design to completion of construction.

To Prepare and maintain detailed engineering and construction schedules including development of critical path and project float.

Responsible for examining whether projects are correctly resourced (material, workers, machinery, equipment, engineering staff) for achieving timelines and to advise Project Heads about remedial measures.

To visit sites and provide planning inputs for projects and also on remedial measures for achieving schedule dates and compliance with other project parameters to Project Heads and Project Planning Managers at regular intervals.

To guide and train - Planning and Scheduling Managers / Officers- of various projects and to ensure standard planning policies across the company in line with the best practices in the industry. Making periodic visits to project sites to review cost reporting/schedules.
