Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing professional to drive our Hong Kong marketing strategy and initiatives. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a proven track record of delivering value-adding Marketing initiatives to the business. This role requires creativity, innovation, and the ability to engage with local and regional stakeholders within our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership and Brand Development: will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. This includes defining and driving the brand to a range of stakeholders, tailoring messaging, and developing marketing campaigns and activities that enhance brand visibility and reputation.

 

  • Team Management and Collaboration: Leading and managing the HK Marketing & Communications team; provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Marketing teams across the region) to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business strategies and priorities.

 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with key business stakeholders is essential to understand their needs, gather insights, and ensure marketing initiatives support overall business objectives. The Head of Marketing & Communications will foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment, ensuring that marketing efforts are cohesive and effective.

 

  • Performance Measurement and Budget Management: Measuring and analyzing marketing performance metrics, such as leads, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs, is vital to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts. The Head of Marketing & Communications will also manage marketing budgets, resources, and vendors to ensure efficient use of resources and achieve marketing objectives, maintaining a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Candidates with the following background are most likely to succeed in the position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques across digital and traditional channels.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creativity, innovation, and the ability to think outside the box. Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity and professionalism in representing the organization's brand and values.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese are required
