Working collaboratively with the marketing, digital, client engagement, and agency teams, you will be instrumental in expanding our digital footprint and enhancing our lead generation efforts through targeted, innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
    • Design and implement performance marketing strategies using digital platforms to maximise lead generation and conversion.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimise key channels, including Colliers.com, email marketing, inbound enquiries (via Moneypenny), and paid media, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
    • Leverage data to fine-tune campaigns, track performance, and continuously improve lead acquisition and nurturing strategies.
  2. Growth Marketing Strategy Implementation
    • Lead the development and execution of growth marketing strategies focused on acquiring, nurturing, and converting leads through a robust digital marketing funnel.
    • Drive experimentation and A/B testing across digital touchpoints to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Identify opportunities for brand acquisition and partnerships that expand our reach and capture high-value leads.
  3. Digital Channel Optimisation
    • Utilise digital tools and marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Adobe Marketo) to create and manage workflows that enhance the lead journey from awareness to conversion.
    • Optimise paid search, display ads, SEO, and social media channels to generate high-quality leads and fuel revenue growth.
    • Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with overall business objectives, continuously refining strategies based on performance data.
  4. Revenue Growth Through Property Marketing
    • Implement tailored marketing strategies for property listings, ensuring digital campaigns effectively target and convert potential clients.
    • Collaborate with the agency and sales teams to develop innovative digital marketing tactics that help win new business and monetise property marketing activities.
  5. Data-Driven Campaigns & Reporting
    • Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance, uncover insights, and make data-driven decisions to enhance growth strategies.
    • Track and report on KPIs, including cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), and lead-to-sale conversion rates, ensuring transparency and accountability in all performance marketing activities.
  6. Cost Efficiency & Profitability
    • Monitor and manage marketing spend, ensuring that all property marketing costs (e.g., digital ads, microsites, listing portals) are incorporated into client fees or offset against project budgets.
    • Focus on maximising ROI while maintaining cost control and improving profitability across all marketing initiatives.
  7. Content-Led Growth Opportunities
    • Identify and leverage content marketing streams (e.g., research reports, blogs, podcasts) to engage potential clients, increase brand visibility, and drive lead generation.
    • Ensure content strategies contribute directly to revenue growth by supporting both brand-building and performance marketing objectives.
  8. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
    • Provide ongoing training and support to sales and agency teams, helping them understand and implement digital marketing tactics that enhance lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS performance marketing or growth marketing role.
  • Expertise in managing digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (Adobe Marketo).
  • Experience in optimizing digital marketing funnels, with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and collaborating across departments.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for pushing boundaries and exploring new marketing approaches.

About You

  • Passionate about leveraging digital marketing to accelerate growth and drive revenue.
  • Data-driven with a focus on performance metrics and ROI.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and driving innovative marketing strategies.
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys both developing high-level growth strategies and rolling up your sleeves to execute them.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to delivering measurable outcomes.
