We are now hiring a Graphic Designer. The role will be based at the Stockholm office and report to the Head of Marketing and Communications Nordics based in Oslo.
As a Graphic Designer, you will help shape our visual brand identity, producing high-quality marketing materials, and collaborating with teams to bring creative ideas to life. Whether designing from scratch or improving existing materials, you’ll ensure all visuals support our brand and business goals.

What You’ll Do
- Keep our brand consistent – Make sure all designs follow brand guidelines and support teams with design-related questions.
- Create engaging content – Work with the Head of MarCom to develop marketing materials for LinkedIn, presentations, and ads.
- Support different teams – Design branding for client projects and create materials in Adobe InDesign or PowerPoint.
- Bring fresh ideas – Help our marketing stand out with creative and impactful designs.
- Manage production – Handle multiple design projects while keeping quality and deadlines in check.
- Be a team player – Work with colleagues across departments to keep creativity and collaboration strong.
- Follow design and industry trends to keep Colliers Nordics looking modern and professional.
- Prioritize and align projects with the marketing team and business areas to ensure smooth execution.
Who You Are
- Experienced – 5+ years in graphic design.
- Flexible – Can switch between creative brainstorming and hands-on design work.
- Team-oriented – Work well with different teams and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker – Understand how design influences marketing and engagement.
- Adaptable – Can adjust designs for different audiences and needs.
- Skilled in design tools – Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Bonus if you have motion graphics or video editing skills!
- Detail-focused – Strong skills in layout, typography, retouching, and color correction.
- Organized & efficient – Can manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing-savvy – Understand how design impacts performance across different platforms.
This is a fixed-term employment covering paternity leave from June 2025 to January 2026.
