Job Description
We're seeking a talented marketer with strong skills in both marketing and graphic design to join our dynamic and high-performing mascot business. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to boosting productivity and delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers, helping drive success and growth for the business.
- Support the business objectives designed to win listings, generate leads, increase brand dominance, and increase client engagement.
- Work with the team to design and produce winning submissions that are creative and professional to win listings. This involves taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals, client presentations and any other support material required.
- Develop, manage and implement property marketing campaigns for assets taken to market. Project manage the marketing preparation process and coordinate high quality marketing collateral on behalf of clients.
- Manage the marketing CRM, monthly metrics reporting, marketing policy compliance, internal communications, improving quality, managing libraries on Colliers Hub & SharePoint, maintaining collateral and content, etc.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree qualification with a marketing/communications/business specialty (desirable)
- 2 years’ experience in similar role ideally within the property industry (desirable)
- High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and work as part of a fast-paced team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and/ or PhotoShop) and Microsoft Office. (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook)
