Getting the basics right is important. You are tasked with delivering a premium workspace experience for our customers. To do that, and by working closely with your team and the service partners, you will have responsibility for making sure our workspaces are clean, healthy, safe and secure. In addition, you will manage by example, setting the standard for delivering brilliant customer experiences by creating productive and enjoyable environments not just at Mode and also in some of our most prestigious workspaces across Central London. You will support and mentor your team to promote and maintain positive relationships with our customers and local communities.
The Role

- Deliver an outstanding, proactive customer experience that strengthens client and occupier relationships.
- Manage financial and commercial risk, including budget setting, service charge management and reporting.
- Oversee service partners (cleaning, security, MEP, etc.), ensuring SLAs and performance standards are consistently met.
- Drive sustainability, energy efficiency and innovation initiatives across the estate.
- Contribute to asset strategy and identify opportunities for commercial growth and revenue generation.
- Ensure statutory compliance and operational excellence across all managed assets.
About You
- An inspirational people leader who develops talent and fosters collaboration.
- Experienced property or estate management leader with strong operational expertise.
- Proven track record managing significant service charge budgets (£7m+).
- Commercially astute with strong financial oversight capability.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Resilient decision-maker with the confidence to lead through change.
- Innovative, forward-thinking and sustainability-focused.
Why Join Us?
You will play a key role in shaping the future of Mode Estate, creating exceptional, inclusive and high-performing workspaces where occupiers can thrive. This is an opportunity to lead at scale, influence strategy and make a tangible impact across a prestigious Central London portfolio.
If you are a driven, commercially minded leader ready to set the standard for workspace excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
Please tell us what would help you take part and give enough practical detail for us to arrange it. We will handle your request confidentially, and it will not affect how you are assessed. We make reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010.
