Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to -
- Manage operational financial obligations, including budget planning and approvals, for the Colliers account.
- Facilitate regular team and individual meetings focusing on performance and support. Provide coaching and foster constructive relationships to enhance service levels.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for seamless operations, addressing staffing and operational obstacles proactively.
- Align closely with Real Estate and Workplace Services teams, collaboratively and constructively support our client contact, driving for continuous improvement.

As a dynamic communicator and innovative thinker, you bring a wealth of event and people leadership insight to the table. Your natural ability to provide exceptional service and tackle multiple challenges simultaneously sets you apart. As a passionate and collaborative member of our operations team, with a background in administration or the events sector, we're looking for you to showcase the following skills:
- Minimum 5 years of event management experience, specialising in customer-centric events, preferably within luxury or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated customer-centric experience in B2B, corporate, or fast-paced settings.
- Results-oriented with effective communication skills and impeccable organisation, paying attention to detail.
- Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within strict deadline-driven environments.
- Thrives on teamwork, collaborating to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success.
This position is a full-time office-based role in Sydney servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster (40hrs per week) that also supports after-hours event activity.
Our commitment to providing a safe and secure work environment necessitates thorough national police checks. To support this screening, only candidates with Australian residency will be considered.
