- Organizes client engagement events with brokers every quarter like webinars, speaker forums, fun runs, movie screening, etc.
- Builds a database of existing / target / pursuits clients gathered from meeting, client engagement activities, networking events etc.
- Monitors the attendance rate, new attendees’ rate, and Net Promoter Surveys for the event.
- Sends out post-event reports for all client engagement activities.
- Prepares the sending of the Net Promoter Surveys for clients and collates the answers.
- Manages Collections and tracking of Accounts Receivables
- Monitors the referrals received and sent to ensure that they are being acted upon.
- Prepares communications, such as memos, reports, and other correspondence
- Prepares and monitors the invoices monthly
- Handles post-lease support for brokers
- Handles divisional assistance roles such as but not limited to:
- Organize / Book travel arrangements
- Create and Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Performs departmental housekeeping
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Handles incoming and outgoing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies
- Maintain up-to-date employee records of the department (birthdates, contact information, address, etc.)

- Must be at least a graduate of any Business-related course
- Proven experience as an Office Admin Assistant is an advantage but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent time management skills and a multitasker
- Ability to thrive and work in a dynamic environment
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work with all levels across organization
- Good command of English and good interpersonal and communications skills.
