What is our role
We seek to appoint a Planning Director who will lead our pursuits in the Melbourne CBD, select urban renewal precincts and other built-form developments in other key locations.
The ideal person will
- Have a strong ability to originate new business organically complimented with industry relationships particularly in CBD planning and planning for medium to high rise development that can be leveraged to assist in the growth of our offering.
- Seasoned in statutory planning with a proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Provide advice directly to a range of clients across both private and government authorities.
- Competency to project manage other staff including delegating, supervising, and reviewing work and delivering projects within budget and scope.
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Client relationships within the Melbourne CBD and Inner Urban precincts.
- Mindset that creates high value and solutions focused.
- Experience within professional consulting services or the public sector, such as local or state government.
