Job Description

As the Digital Marketing Manager of Colliers Hong Kong, you are responsible to develop digital marketing strategies and implementation of our digital marketing campaigns to support the overarching marketing plan for in Hong Kong. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and partnering with the Content & Public Relations lead, this role will strategize and deliver on multi-channel marketing campaigns as core part of our digital marketing strategies in Colliers Hong Kong.

 

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies and create content across all digital platforms including website, email, and social media.
  • Conduct regularly report and metrics tracking; evaluate and optimize ongoing campaign performance.
  • Oversee the quantity and quality of leads collected to support business development and marketing activity
  • Copies edit to secure consistent quality of online communications while maintaining the brand voice.
  • Proactively refine the digital marketing strategy to maximize the reach of new and existing clients
  • Continuously provide recommendations to improve strategies and adoptions of potential new platforms for growth.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholder and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, Journalism or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in driving integrated digital marketing campaigns with proven growth results.
  • Working knowledge on website design or UX with demonstrated track record and experience executing SEO and SEM campaigns.
  • Experience in using site analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), keyword research and other web analytics resources to drive action.
  • Solid experience in managing digital content utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), along with proficiency in Hootsuite, LinkedIn, WeChat, Marketing Cloud (Salesforce) and Sitecore, and WeChat. Possesses foundational graphic design skills to enhance content creation and engagement.
  • Capability in copy writing, editing and proofreading content without supervision.
  • Strong command in written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (both written Traditional and Simplified Chinese).
  • A growth mindset with strong appreciation of excellent website design, UX, social media platforms, mobile and new/emerging digital technology platforms.
  • Digitally savvy and passionate about new innovations trends and channels of communication and digital platforms.
