As Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our services. You will work closely with the wider marketing and sales teams, contributing to the planning, execution, delivery and reporting of marketing strategies to drive growth within the business and enhance our clients’ experience with our brand.
What you'll need to succeed
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the planning, delivery, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, events, business development, and communications to help drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape and experience in online channel development, social media, email marketing (Adobe Marketo), CMS (Sitecore), and CRM (Salesforce) platforms. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects for stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the professional services industries, ideally commercial real estate will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and CRM platforms.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content using platforms such as Hootsuite.
- Update and maintain website content via CMS platforms (Sitecore).
- Apply SEO best practices to optimise web content and increase organic visibility.
- Produce high-quality marketing materials with a strong focus on copywriting, visual appeal, and brand consistency - using tools like Canva where needed.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve future activity.
- Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to plan and deliver integrated marketing initiatives
- Engage and share best practice with stakeholders to drive ownership of online social media channels to build their personal brands.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve processes and outputs.
- At least 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Competence in managing social media content and scheduling using Hootsuite (or similar).
- Experience with content management systems (ideally Sitecore).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
