We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company, and our marketing & communications team is dedicated to driving growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
As Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our services. You will work closely with the wider marketing and sales teams, contributing to the planning, execution, delivery and reporting of marketing strategies to drive growth within the business and enhance the customer experience.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will need experience in a digital marketing role with a strong focus on lead generation and collaborating with external agencies. Experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn adverts, audience targeting, customer journeys and marketing automation is essential as you will be managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape and experience in online channel development, social media, email marketing (Marketo), CMS (Sitecore), and CRM (Salesforce) platforms. This role requires a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects for stakeholders and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the professional services industries, ideally commercial real estate will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions with support from external agencies.
- Collaborate with wider marketing team and stakeholders to create engaging and measurable content for various digital channels.
- Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement and followers.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and goals.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Utilise CMS and CRM platforms to manage and analyse marketing data and improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- 2 years minimum in PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Digital marketing or similar qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a drive to achieve results
