We’re looking for someone to lead the migration of our data sources to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and help the business make the most of GCP’s AI capabilities. This is a hands‑on delivery role where you’ll manage a small team, work with global colleagues, and partner with the business to deliver scalable, secure data solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the migration of on prem databases and datasets into Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring integrity and security.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines with offshore engineers to support integration and migration projects.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver accessible, high quality data solutions.
• Manage and mentor a Power BI developer and engineers, guiding delivery of dashboards and reports.
• Implement best practices in data governance, quality, and security, while monitoring and improving pipeline performance.

• Experience managing projects and teams.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (ideally GCP).
• Skills in Python, SQL/NoSQL, BigQuery, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Dataflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and data lakes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
