Colliers Workplace Management Services (WMS) Team is a dynamic and growing leader in the premium corporate occupiers’ sector, dedicated to delivering customer centric solutions and services to our clients. With a strong commitment to service excellence, we are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our WMS team as a Corporate Services National Lead.

This role is ideal for those experienced in workplace service delivery, hospitality management or similar service professional environments. We seek an energetic, creative team leader with sound operational management experience earned from working within carefully designed, curated and leading corporate workplace environments. 

Reporting to the Colliers WMS Corporate Services National Account Manager, this role is responsible for supporting our domiciled WMS team. Our WMS Team are custodians of our clients’ modern premises and service offering, some of which are geographically dispersed. We seek to make each day count through our services in catering, facilities services, mail room, end user information technology experience, well-being, and security. These form either primary or collaborative tasks on which you will lead or lend your experience to.

Key areas of this role include:

  • Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service satisfaction and strategic delivery of operational requirements
  • Support to develop a vibrant and prominent workplace management services team which demonstrates proactivity, responsiveness, flexibility, and engagement.
  • Accountable for the immaculate presentation of the workplace. Continuous monitoring of the space, equipment and furnishings while supporting the team who deliver this service.
  • Alignment in operational considerations across varied client requirements, showing the Team the way forward through organisational effectiveness and integration.
  • Governance and value-add reporting including the successful delivery of service KPI and SLA’s
  • Relationship management and collaborative engagement with our client partner.

Qualifications

For such a key role, the bar is set high! Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, facilities services management or premium service environments.
  • Proven record of managing and leading teams across multiple locations and workplace service operations with service excellence.
  • Experience in engaging with business leaders, VIP Clients, and industry professionals.
  • Ability to manage time, competing priorities and multiple outcomes to the highest quality.
  • Experience in working on outsourced contracts, delivery against structured SLAs & KPIs and governance framework.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite of applications.

This position is an on-site role based across two sites in Sydney and Parramatta, NSW. We are only considering candidates who currently reside in or are willing to relocate to Sydney. Applications from candidates outside of this location will not be considered at this time.
