Job Description

Step into a key front-of-house role based in our national head office as a Corporate Receptionist! Working alongside another Corporate Receptionist, you’ll ensure every visitor and staff interaction is professional, welcoming and seamless. This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday based in our Sydney CBD office.

This role is well-suited to someone seeking a long-term opportunity with stable responsibilities, a social and engaging front desk environment, and a broad range of key duties which include:

  • Own the arrival experience, creating enjoyable and memorable interactions, driven by our brand and culture.
  • Uphold operational excellence for client and visitor experiences, fostering a "happy to help" atmosphere across all reception and workplace touch points.
  • Administer the client floor and reception tasks including meeting rooms, AV facilities and break-out areas.
  • Assist in the upkeep of the client areas and the back of house spaces, to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in event management as well as onboarding and offboarding employees.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Service/Concierge/Receptionist role within a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications – Teams, Word, Power Point & Excel.
  • Polished personal presentation is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
