Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Construction Auditor in Victoria. This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth. You will report directly to the Senior Engineer and have the backing of a team of over 500 experts nationally. You will be responsible for completing construction audits and reporting of road, drainage, sewer and water projects. We are seeking a proactive team member capable of working with contractors to solve issues and ensure construction delivery is in accordance with drawings and authority standards.

Specifically:

  • Inspect OH&S on site to ensure risks and hazards are identified against the Contractors management plan
  • Identify construction RFI’s on site and coordinate changes with design the team
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information in a simplified manner
  • Undertake site inspections regularly including asset inspections and testing (sewer, water and compliance testing)
  • Use iAuditor to monitor and report on construction progress.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience performing sewer and water testing and auditing
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects in all stages of construction delivery
  • The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Current MRWA DAS WA1 and SA1 accreditation
  • Current Drivers Licence
