Accelerate your success by becoming an Assistant Valuer within our highly regarded and market leading Valuation and Advisory team based in Melbourne CBD. This is a rare opportunity for a recent property graduate or second / third-year student looking to work alongside and be mentored by our experienced team of market leading specialists.
You will be exposed to and assist in performing detailed valuations with a focus on Melbourne's Prime Office asset class, and work on many of Melbourne's most iconic assets.
You will undertake a wide variety of tasks including asset inspection, analysis of sale and leasing evidence, cash flow modelling, report writing and client communication.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient writing skills.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
- Ability to network and build relationships with clients.
- Intermediate to Advanced level MS Excel and Word skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated – keen to add value to the team.
Your strong numerical analysis and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with exceptional communication, organisational and time management skills will ensure success in this rewarding role.
