Job Description
We have opportunities for Registered Valuers to join our Valuation & Advisory Services team in our Bay of Plenty or Waikato offices. Colliers is a well established and respected brand in these regional markets and we are looking for individuals who can continue to build on Colliers’ reputation for excellent service and sound property advice. We are open to discussions with experienced senior valuers looking for a change in location and/or those looking to take the next step in elevating their experience and profile. We are primarily a commercial valuation business and you will gain experience working with our institutional, corporate, Government, and developer clients.

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships

- Deliver timely and quality valuation and consultancy advice
- Ensure the provision of high standards of service to our clients
- Assess current market values and properties
- Collaborate to ensure success and leverage the collective expertise of our 700+ team members across New Zealand
- Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of systems and initiatives
Qualifications
- Registered Valuer
- Commercial property valuation experience is preferred
- Tertiary qualification in property
- Industry knowledge of relevant property markets
