As part of our continued investment in talent and growth, Colliers is seeking Associate Directors/Directors for our Valuation & Advisory Services team. This role is ideal for a driven professional looking to take the next step in their career, with a focus on executing valuation assignments, developing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. This role could be based in either Hong Kong or China.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee valuation assignments, feasibility studies, and consulting projects with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Support the development of Colliers’ valuation services and contribute to fee generation
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development
- Manage client communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with senior management on project planning and execution
- Contributes to the enhancement of internal processes and best practices
- Promote cross-functional services within Colliers
- Frequent travel between Hong Kong-China will be required
- University degree holder, program related to real estate
- CIREA qualification is preferred
- Member of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience would be preferred
- Strong industry network in Hong Kong/China
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong report writing and analytical skills
- Committed to mentoring and developing junior staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
