We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join our Real Estate Management team in our new Auckland CBD office. We are looking for a motivated graduate to assist a team of Property Managers on a portfolio of retail properties in the Auckland region and provide administrative support.
The value you'll add
Primarily assist a team of Property Managers on a portfolio of retail and shopping centre properties in the Auckland region and provide administrative support
- Ensure assigned properties are maintained effectively
- Assist with rent reviews, lease supervision, and implementing leasing strategies
- Assist to prepare budgets and monthly client reports
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders
- Assist with strategic decisions in cooperation with individual owners
- Provide administrative support to Directors in the team
- Bachelor of Property Services is preferrable
- REA Salesperson’s certificate or willingness to obtain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client-focus and relationship building skills
- Strong presentation skills
