In our Real Estate Management Services team as a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Christchurch. You’ll work closely with clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure properties are managed to the highest standard, while identifying opportunities to enhance value and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong client and tenant relationships
- Oversee lease negotiations, rent reviews, and critical date management
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and capital expenditure plans
- Collaborate with facilities, leasing, and marketing teams to deliver strategic outcomes
- Ensure compliance with lease terms, health and safety standards, and company policies
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- A team player with the ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple priorities
- A current REINZ Salesperson Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
