This is an opportunity for a Applications Analyst to provide support and system improvement on the roll out of our new deal management system, Our Deals, across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for providing input on current systems improvements, assist in the testing and deployment of future application improvements, and participate in development and administration of training programs. A key part of this role is to gain in depth knowledge of both the business and system processes.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the business, software, and systems teams to ensure product and business objectives are met.
- Communicate and escalate application problems and issues to key stakeholders both internal and external to the team.
- Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
- Record, track and document the problem-solving process, actions and decisions through to final resolution.
- Participate in roll out of applications, primarily, Our Deals across Australia and New Zealand, working with the project team to assist in training, documentation and support to offices that go live.
- Participate in the development, implementation, installation, and testing of applications.
- Participate in the development of training materials and assist in conducting training and workshops.
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
- Proficient in current releases and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strength in and understanding of general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Creative and innovative; takes the initiative to solve problems and recommend improvements.
