We have a great opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join the Occupier Services team based in our waterfront Wellington CBD premises.

Our Occupier Services Division is made up of over 50 property professionals and provides strategic and operational support to some of New Zealand’s most recognisable brands, leading commercial organisations and government agencies.

We are looking for a motivated professional to support the team to deliver accounting requirements for our clients.

The value you'll add

  • Provide professional service to your internal and external stakeholders
  • Process invoices, bank reconciliations, and receipt allocations
  • Process payments and account transfers
  • Process accounts payables and receivables
  • Assist with month-end activities
  • Ensure financial property data is entered into relevant systems accurately and efficiently
  • Support the team to ensure success

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification or experience in accounting or finance
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn and master accounting software and tools
