About me
I am a seasoned Human Resources Professional with 18 years of experience, I have developed expertise in various areas such as talent acquisition, strategic management, employee relations, conflict resolution, leadership management, performance management, training and development, change management, client-relationship management, corporate policies, process improvement, contract management and digital marketing. My passion for HR stems from its constantly evolving nature that requires compliance with new laws and regulations, adapting to new technologies and meeting employee expectations. This dynamic environment keeps me engaged and motivated to tackle new challenges.
In my role as a Human Resources Director, I have successfully implemented talent acquisition strategies that have resulted in the hiring of top-performing employees. I have also been instrumental in developing and implementing performance management systems that have improved employee productivity and engagement. My expertise in conflict resolution has helped me to effectively manage employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.
I am also experienced in change management and have led successful organizational change initiatives. My ability to manage client relationships has resulted in strong partnerships with key stakeholders. Additionally, my knowledge of corporate policies and contract management has enabled me to ensure compliance with legal requirements while protecting the interests of the organization. Outside of work, I am a globetrotter, cinephile, an amateur singer who is also part of a choral group.
