Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our national Workplace Management Services (WMS) team on a fixed-term (12 month) basis, working alongside our client to create warm, memorable and seamless experiences for employees across multiple locations nationwide. 

As our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of assigned events and activations, including:

  • Coordinating and planning activations in line with the Company's 'Workplace Experience Program'
  • Managing communication for assigned activations through various platforms (SharePoint News, Viva, Signage)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with our local Workplace teams to ensure the successful execution of events and activations
  • Supporting on key administrative tasks such as end-of-month and budget reporting

The role operates on a Monday-Friday roster and encompasses a variety of responsibilities that will provide you with versatility, flexibility, opportunity and will provide you with significant career development opportunities. 


Qualifications

As a collaborative and driven member of our WMS team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in events, hospitality, administration, or workplace management roles
  • Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments
  • Results-oriented with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation, paying attention to detail.
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding sometimes priorities change.
  • Thrives on teamwork, collaborating to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success.
