• Play a critical role in managing and developing valuation projects
• Highly involved in valuation project management from conception to completion of deliverable
• Be proactive in maximizing revenue opportunities for the Valuation and Advisory Team
• Continuously enhance the market exposure of the business by engaging in various professional networks
• Be diligent in conducting site visits to collect data for valuation and advisory projects across Hong Kong
• Deliver valuation and consulting services to clients

• University (or equivalent) degree in Real Estate or Surveying or Finance related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in valuation of Hong Kong property projects is essential
• Valuation related experience from a Commercial Real Estate business is an asset
• Good command of both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A self-disciplined, accountable character. Detail-minded and independent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly in Excel)
• Be able to work within a team
• Be able to work under pressure and tight schedule
